Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root “yuj” meaning to join , yoke or unite.
With every yoga practice it is aimed at the individuals conciousness that connects us with the universal conciousness. This is said to indicate a perfect harmony between the mind , body and soul.
This Yoga weekend will be broken down as follows.
Arrival on the Friday late afternoon.
A small ceremony will take place as an introduction and a welcome.
Morning will begin with a prayer followed by morning yoga.
Mid morning will be combined with topics associated with Yoga. Mid afternoon there is a few more hours of yoga followed by an hour of yoga .
In the evening you will have time to enjoy yourself and wind down after a very spiritual day.
On the Sunday there will be a repeat of the itinerary of Saturday.
During this weekend we aim to give you the flexibility in finding time and wanting to put time aside to practise yoga .
